In recent years you handled the funerals of both my grandfather Walter Baetz and my great uncle Frank Baetz. Both services were handled with the care and consideration one can expect from Smith Center natives who understand the needs of our small community. I enjoyed the special touches you offered at the funerals, like my Uncle Frank’s pliers and hat.
You provided a special place for the friends and family to both mourn the loss, and celebrate two lives well lived.
While it’s been more than 10 years since I’ve been a Smith Center resident, whenever I pass through you always make me feel right at home.
